Robert J. (Don) MacDonald Director Currently the CFO of QuadraFNX Mining, Mr. MacDonald has over 25 years experience in mine development and financing. Prior to joining QuadraFNX Mining as CFO in 2010, Mr. MacDonald was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NovaGold Inc. (2003-2010), Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Forbes Medi-Tech Inc., a public biotech company (2001-2003), De Beers Canada Mining (formerly Winspear Diamonds) (1999-2001), Dayton Mining (1991-1999) and Vice-President Finance of Granges Inc (1983-1991). During his career Mr. MacDonald has been involved in the operation or development of ten mines in North and South America, and the completion of multiple mine financings and merger and acquisition transactions totalling over $2 billion. Mr. MacDonald is a chartered accountant, and holds bachelors and masters degrees in engineering from Oxford University. |
