Director, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Mason is a metallurgical engineer with more than 35 years of experience in the minerals industry. He is an expert in risk management, off-take agreements, and international marketing and trading of base metals, precious metals, and other commodities. He was a Director of the Company prior to his appointment as CEO, and continues to serve on the Geovic Board. Mr. Mason is the founder and managing partner of Mineral Services, LLC, a private metals marketing consulting firm in New York. He is also President and a Director of MBMI Resources Inc., a public nickel ore producing company and a Director of ECU Silver Mining Inc. |
