| Mission Statement |
GeoAid is a non-profit, international humanitarian organization established to bring the benefits of industrial operations directly to those most in need of life-enhancing assistance. Its programs are intended to not only deliver necessary socio-economic aid, but to provide the education necessary to assure communities understand the value of these programs and learn how to perpetuate their benefits independently.
The organization was created as an independent, non-profit entity through the initial funding contributions of minerals exploration and development firm Geovic Ltd., and will continue to exist through Geovic sponsorship and the generous contributions of other organizations and individuals.

| Management |
Patrick Huff, D.O. , is the managing director of GeoAid. Dr. Huff is an experienced socio-humanitarian expert who, through his past affiliation with Northwest Medical Teams International and other international relief organizations, has worked on 14 disaster-aid programs around the globe. He is an internationally recognized humanitarian and physician who has dedicated his career to helping people with self-development.

| Program Philosophy |
GeoAid programs are tailored to specific locations and customs, but typically include assistance with local healthcare and educational services, community water systems, agricultural techniques and provisions and training for local micro industries. GeoAid is committed to the promotion of self-reliability and sustainable technologies, which are the underlying goal for all its programs.

| Planned Programs |
|
GeoAid Cameroon will be GeoAid's local affiliate in Cameroon. Its primary goal will be to provide socio-economic assistance to local inhabitants and communities in the vicinity of Geovic's mining development in the East Province. Some of the planned programs are designed to improve public health, sanitation and educational systems while others are designed to enhance self-reliability and personal and community development, including financial and training support for local, potentially sustainable micro-businesses.
