| The following senior positions with Geovic Mining Corp. (GeoMin) and Geovic Cameroon PLC (GeoCam) are open only to those candidates that meet the minimum qualifications described below. Salaries and incentive programs will be commensurate with experience and dates of hire are approximate. Candidates are invited to view the 43-101 Technical Report posted on GeoMin’s website for details on the Nkamounja project and the Companies. A Final Feasibility Study is inprocess of being optimized and an Engineering, procurement and Construction Management contracvt is unde negotiation. Major construction is scheduled to begin in mid-2008 with production starting in mid-2010. GeoMin and GeoCam offer an exciting opportunity to participate in building and operating a world-class project and developing a major mining company that will be the world’s largest primary producer of cobalt. |

Sr. Process Engineer (Employee or Consultant) Develop and optimize concentration and leach processing plans for the Nkamouna project and coordinate activities of the assaying, metallurgical and processing staff on site. Contribute to final process engineering and design. Evaluate acquisitions and contribute to corporate and new project development. Must have minimum 15 years of experience with process engineering and related computer applications. Employee may be based in Grand Junction, Colorado or Consultant could be based in western US. Involves significant travel to Cameroon. Direct reporting responsibilities to the Chief Operating Officer of GeoMin. Scheduled date of hire or engagement is immediate. Strong communication skills in English are essential. Fluency in French is a plus. (Website updated June 16, 2008)
