Geovic Cameroon PLC

Geovic Cameroon PLC (GeoCam) is a majority owned subsidiary of Geovic Ltd. (Geovic), a wholly owned subsidiary of Geovic Mining Corp (GMC). GeoCam was established in 1995 to explore and develop the Cameroon cobalt-nickel resources. GeoCam holds the exclusive rights to mine the deposits within the 1,250 square kilometer permit for the life of the resource. Geovic owns 60% of GeoCam’s shares and manages GeoCam. The remaining equity is held by Societe Nationale d’Investissement du Cameroun (SNI) 20%, four Cameroonian individual investors 19.5% managed by SNI and William Buckovic 0.5%.
