Geovic Cameroon PLC

Geovic Cameroon PLC (GeoCam) is a majority owned subsidiary of Geovic Ltd. (Geovic), a wholly owned subsidiary of Geovic Mining Corp (GMC). GeoCam was established in 1995 to explore and develop the Cameroon cobalt-nickel resources. GeoCam holds the exclusive rights to mine the deposits within the 1,250 square kilometer permit for the life of the resource. Geovic owns 60.5% of GeoCam’s shares and manages GeoCam. The remaining equity is held by Societe Nationale d’Investissement du Cameroun, or SNI (20%) and four Cameroonian individual investors (19.5%), whose interests are carried by SNI.
